In this study of Revelation chapters 2 & 3, we look at verses, inspired by the Holy Spirit, written to seven first-century churches. These churches are commended and challenged to be all God intended and the truths found in these passages are relevant for us today! Both as a church and as individuals.

The church located in the city of Sardis was a church with two sides. On the outside it looked alive, but on the inside it was actually dead. Jesus, in his letter to this spiritually decaying church, points out that following Him is more than going through the motions. He implores them to wake up and recapture the true heart of the Gospel.
