Trinity's own Karen Boecker was nominated and selected at the Potomac District's Lay Leader of the Year! Karen leads Sonshine Place, Trinity's ministry for special needs children. Karen's compassion, commitment and love for these special kids and their families is a true inspiration! Below is a copy of the letter from our Assemblies of God district office. Dear Karen: Congratulations on your selection as the Potomac District Lay Leader of the Year! Your name has also been submitted to the national office in consideration for their annual Teacher of the Year award.
We feel very blessed to have teachers like you in our district who have a heart and compassion for serving our children.
