The church across the globe has found itself to be lacking in strong, effective leadership. Trinity has partnered with Leadership Training International to launch an institute for leadership development. LTI has a mission to build a foundation of leadership skills on the Word of God, using a 12-course curriculum that develops the whole person, inward and outward. This curriculum, Foundations for Emerging Leaders, is used all around the world and has been applauded by government, business, military, church and college leaders.

Students are required to do reading and writing assignments with each course and are given a grade and certificate upon completion of all requirements.
The cost is $50 for Trinity attendees, $35 for Trinity voting members, $25 for Trinity Ministry Leaders. This cost covers all curriculum and materials, breakfast, lunch and snacks.
