Registration is a $25 initial payment (non-refundable) per student per semester.
$279 per 12 week semester; $140 for summer semester

Payment may be made in full at the start of each semester or in three monthly installments. Statements of account are mailed monthly to the responsible party.
Discounts include:
$75 discount per semester is given for a family enrolling three or more children.
Please submit all payments to the church office or via mail. Checks should be made payable to Trinity Assembly of God. To ensure proper credit and timeliness, please do not pay instructors directly.
Once lessons and classes have begun, refunds are offered only if student is moving away from the area. Student is responsible to pay full semester fees. Failure to attend lessons does not constitute a withdrawal. No refunds are given for missed classes.
Registration fees are non-refundable. If a class is cancelled for the semester due to low registration, fees for the class are refunded.
Make up lessons are scheduled only due to instructor absence or weather related cancellations. Instructor will determine make-up dates. Every effort will be made to reschedule inclement weather cancellations.
Death in the family is an excused absence and a make-up lesson will be scheduled.
Trinity Arts Academy number 410-821-6188 x400 will have a voice message regarding weather related cancellations. The following are guidelines.
Morning Classes & Lessons: When Baltimore County Schools are closed only morning classes and lessons will be cancelled.
Afternoon/Evening Classes & Lessons: If inclement weather persists or occurs mid-day, students should dial the Academy phone extension for an announcement pertaining to late afternoon & evening lesson cancellations.
Facility Closings: In the event of severe weather conditions, announcements are made on WRBS radio station, Trinity's main phone number, and the Academy extension regarding the closing of Trinity Assembly of God offices and facilities.
